The Depot, owned by the Town of Culpeper and located downtown on South Commerce Street, rents conference space for meetings and social occasions. The Depot Conference Center is a non-smoking facility available from 6:00am to 10:00pm daily. The space is reserved through the Depot booking manager (contact info & hours) who will block available space and administer a contract to the group (sample contract). Maximum capacity for the Depot conference space is 265 people.

The entire space can be broken down into 3 smaller rooms for smaller groups or break-out space. There is a fee for use of space which is determined by the size of the group and space needed, as well as the type of function (fee schedule).

The Depot Conference Center is a non-staffed facility, meaning all food and beverage service, as well as set-up and clean-up of space is the responsibility of the group and specifically the person signing the contract.

A security fee is required at the time of signing the contract and this fee will be returned within seven (7) days after the function if it has been determined that the space has been left clean and without damage.
