JOINT BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS
Meeting Schedule:
The Joint Board of Building Appeals' regular monthly meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month in the County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 302 North Main Street, Culpeper.
Purpose of the Board:
The Joint Board of Building Code Appeals consists of five (5) full members and up to five (5) alternate members who serve five-year terms. Members are town and county residents and should consist of at least one experienced and licensed builder, architect or professional engineer, property manager, mechanical or plumbing engineer or contractor, and electrical engineer or contractor. The Board is established by the Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC).
