PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION BOARD
Meeting Schedule:
The Public Transportation Board's regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of the month at 2:30PM at the VRTA (Virginia Regional Transit Association) facility, 1099 Brandy Knoll Court, Culpeper.
Purpose of the Board:
Public Transportation Board consists of seven (7) members representing the Culpeper County Department of Human Services, Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, Disability Services Board, Town of Culpeper Parking Authority, the faith community, and two citizens (1 town and 1 county). The Board encourages high ridership on the Culpeper Connector and County Express, solicits financial support from the business and civic community, maintains and expands the bus services, and advises Town Council and the Board of Supervisors on bus operations.
