The Town Manager's office is staffed by the Manager and Executive Secretary/Benefits Specialist. The Manager is the chief executive officer for Town operations. He is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of Town Council. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Town departments as well as budget planning, contract administration, human resources management, economic development, and policy recommendations to Town Council. Jeffrey B. Muzzy began employment as Town Manager on September 15, 2008.

The Executive Secretary/Benefits Specialist provides administrative and paraprofessional support to the Town Manager and Town Council.  She serves as the Human Resources Specialist for employees and administers all employee related benefit programs. She also serves as the Risk Management Administrator.  Donna K. Wise has served in the Department of  the Town Manager since 1985 and has been continuously employed with the Town since 1979.
